T-1 (Coming Soon)

(Monday’s / Tuesday’s)

T-1 classes will be offered both Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings This class will incorporate lower body pulls with upper body horizontal movement patterns, while jump starting the heart with a variety of high intense challenges.

 
T-3 (Saturday’s)The T-3 classes will be offered on Saturday mornings (2-3 classes depending on demand).  This class will incorporate a full body HIIT style workout with a variety of exercises. This class is a great way to kick start the weekend.

(Wednesday’s / Thursday’s)

T-2 classes will be offered Wednesday evenings. Thursday mornings will be available in the future, contact if interested to reserve a spot. This class will continue with emphasis on lower body pushes, and will incorporate upper body vertical movement patterns, while ramping up the cardiovascular output.

 
Fitness Force classesPeriodically, we will gather together for a special cause. We will raise money to help the ones who put their lives on the line so we may enjoy our freedom.
