Jared Fryman
Hi, my name is Jared Fryman. I am a certified personal trainer through The American College of Sports Medicine, and a certified nutritional coach through National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from SIU Edwardsville. I served my country proudly for 5 years in the United States Marine Corps.
I founded Tempo Fitness because I have a passion for helping others stay strong through life’s obstacle course. I like bringing individuals, and the community together. Being a team with knowledge, passion, and hard work we are unstoppable.
Life is all about balance, and it is important to find that balance between fitness and wellness to keep the body strong in our daily activities. It is important to perform cardiovascular exercise to keep the heart strong and healthy. It’s important to eat appropriately to fuel the body with proper nutrients to maintain a healthy weight, provide energy for day-to-day activities as well as acquire nutrients for the body to be healthy both inside and out.
That’s why at Tempo Fitness we have strength training for the individual or groups, cardio classes, stretching, and nutritional guidance. Everything you need to keep the body strong so you can take on the rest of life’s challenges.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, who has focused the last 5 years on helping my clients navigate the cascade of information around health and wellness and identify the most simple and digestible solutions to their fitness goals.
I was a failed athlete who during my own rehab became infatuated with the benefits of fitness and strength training and finding an outlet for my naturally competitive nature.
I believe that Fitness should be uncomplicated, it should be a formula of addition not subtraction. What skills, strengths and habits can we add to your life?
I believe in the basics performed savagely well.
I believe that consistency in effort, execution and intent overtime yields the greatest results.
I believe in taking one’s work seriously, but not taking oneself too seriously - enjoying the process can almost be as important as the process itself.
What could you accomplish if you truly trained for it? I’m interested and equipped to find out!
